At low tide, enjoy the community beach located on the intercoastal waterway. Easy drive to Southport or Wilmington or take a day trip to Myrtle Beach then return to relaxing oasis.
Little Pink is located in Sunset Harbor in Brunswick County. The neighborhood is a small community of homes positioned between the Lockwood Folly River and the Intercoastal Waterway. The neighborhood features a small community beach on the intercoastal side and a boat ramp which faces Oak Island. It’s a quiet, laid back spot great for water lovers, fishing and guests who want to be close to Brunswick County Islands as well as Southport, North Myrtle and Wilmington.
Please note that Little Pink is not on the water directly. It is on a quiet road that ends at the Lockwood Folly River. From the road you can just barely glimpse the River. It’s a short walk to the Intercoastal Waterway. You can hear the waves from Little Pink on quiet evenings when the tide is in. The neighborhood of Sunset Harbour is situated between the waterway and the river.
From May 1- August 31 there are two kayaks available for your use on the property as well as two adult bikes and one child bike with training wheels.
There are also beach chairs, sand toys and a beach umbrella available for guests.
The golf cart is not available at this time for liability purposes

There are security cameras on the exterior of the house that face the front and back doors.
There is a video doorbell at the front door used to notify us when guests check in and check out.
