Spend the day on the beach. Eat fresh seafood at the Koko Canana restaurant at the pier. Walk out on the pier, or even fish there for the day!
There is plenty to do in this town. With charter fishing, boat rentals, and the gorgeous beach there will be no lack of stuff to do!

The sloping strand offers gentle surf generally without strong currents. There are no bright lights, heavy traffic, or other daily concern. Miniature golf, museum visits, swimming, and beach activities afford fun-filled family days. Water temperature is on average 10 degrees warmer than the Outer Banks area. Mild seasonal changes offer beach enjoyment year-round!
Sunset Beach is a quiet family-friendly beach just a few miles away! Pack a lunch and spend the day here. Walk over to Bird Island Reserve or visit the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox.
For parking: There is free parallel parking on the main streets (make sure tires are off of the road) and there are also paid lots located by the pier.
