Little Pink is located in Sunset Harbor in Brunswick County.
Whilst not on the waterfront, is is just a few minutes walk to the boat ramp and fishing pier.
The neighborhood is a small community of homes positioned between the Lockwood Folly River and the Intercoastal Waterway. The neighborhood features a small community beach on the intercoastal side and a boat ramp which faces Oak Island.
It’s a quiet, laid back spot great for water lovers, fishing and guests who want to be close to Brunswick County Islands as well as Southport, North Myrtle and Wilmington.
The house has a small parking area that can accommodate a small boat trailer to maximize time on the water.
The boat ramp is within walking distance.
A car or truck is needed for motoring around the area outside of Sunset Harbor.

Our house is well equipped with everything included for your stay.
We supply kayaks with life jackets, two bicycles for exploring the neighborhood and we also have everything needed for a day at the beach, including: beach chairs, towels, cart, umbrella and sand toys!!!
